How do I book my corporate airport parking? |

Booking is simple and there are two ways to do it:
1. Register with us and book online and use secure credit card payment facilities.
2. Call us on 0845 272 8790 and one of our representatives will take your booking. |

How late can I make an airport parking booking? |
| |
We can accept late bookings subject to commitments, please call if the booking is within 24 hours . During office hours we can usually accept bookings with as little as 30 minutes notice. Please note that during peak periods it is not always possible for us to accept last minute airport parking bookings, whilst we do not wish to let anyone down it is always our goal to ensure we have enough meet and greet parking staff working to cope admirably with all demand. |

What will I receive from you after I have made my corporate airport parking booking? |

You will receive automated email confirmation of your booking and simple instructions on how to use the service. If you do not use email then just let us know and we will post out your airport parking information to you. |

Payments are taken at the time of booking your corporate airport parking. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. |

How do I let help-me-park.com know if my flight is delayed? |

Do not worry! We are very aware that flight times can vary dramatically. Our meet and greet parking staff are on airport and will always monitor flight arrival times. |

How do I get my car back? |
| |
Your airport parking driver will have given you clear instructions and contact sheet on your departure. This sheet will explain easily how and when to contact us. But remember we will be monitoring your flight arrival too. |

Will my car be secure? |

Yes your car will be parked within a secure compound with CCTV , the compound is not a public area and is well lit and secure. |
